Per OP, with everyone trying to "please" this senior Exec, is it safe to say she has an insatiable appetite but poor vision?
You should be fired for posting this insider information, even if it is Layoff.com. Thankfully I don't believe you can post nudes of her on this site
I tried to tell integration the truth and who told lies. He warned me that I will be kicked out of my group if known by the managements.
If TD is in such a state and you believe all this , why not whistleblow ? Show the data and publish it to the leadership in a way it can’t be ignored …. If not elt , send to a board member

JB and the small fat fu-k RR is the worse thing to have happened to TD.
It would be impressive if it weren't so sad. Leadership so out of touch they couldn't even name the systems their bad ideas need to function.
Upward feeding of false information and overly optimistic status across the business is what’s broken this company … not defending the execs errors , but they are making decisions based on what they are told. Culture is the main issue and is cancerous inside Intel, nobody is allowed to be honest.
Not just a "few" clueless leaders. Ann and most of Ann's staff is clueless. Factory managers who have no clue how to do actual technology development. What a tragedy to have utter mo--ns like RR and JB in charge of intel's storied TD. The few smart integration engineers know that the current path is extremely risky and the committed schedules are utterly fake. But those smart engineers are too afraid to speak up and those that do are promptly shown their place. Ann has done too much damage already. Pat is either totally in the dark about the true state of 18A because he has been fed lies or because he doesn't want to hear the truth.
The thing with TD is that there are few smart ones, that telling something will not work. But you are getting pushed to do this and you wake up 3-4Q later without solution. Disagree and commit right? I love to watch this new transformation they work on. It will be so good to see it fails in so many points.
