Does anyone know the calculation for severance? Layoffs are probably looming with the FY results coming out in 2 weeks, so I want to be prepared…

The ‘severance’ is little more than hush money to muzzle ppl for a certain period of time🙄
Does the company have money to pay severance?
They capped it at 6 months so they f you have been with the company for many years it’s just another way to sc--w people
I believe 2 weeks for every year for salaried and 1 week for every year for hourly. Didn't know there was anyone left to layoff.
