To look at every single ethics complaint and injury at 3M. Review how many employees have been royally fkd by your company which is 100% of them. Be accountable and repair as many of them as you can and remove all the employees that protected the bad behavior. Until you clean up root issues your stock will keep going to sh-t. Also pray to Jesus for being bad humans. Thanks.

He is busy having 3M pay for storm damage. A few more layoffs won’t hurt anyone.
Also he was ranked the #8 most hated CEO in the US (Google it) at L3Harris. So I don’t think he gives two sh--s about culture and work environment.
Umm he’s busy collecting 20 million a year, hiring every single person from his past company and passing go.
