We’ve just been told you can’t work from home under any circumstances, if you’re not feeling well you have to take a sick day… WTF

It will depend on who's team your on and what your manager says. Unless it's coming out both ends I've been working while sick.. so has my manager.

The health and safety of our team members is important. Please do not come to the office if you are sick. If you choose to work from home instead of taking time off, please plan to resume a normal schedule once you are well. You will not be penalized for being sick, but please communicate with your manager so that they are aware of your personal situation.
This was told to us by our direct manager in inside sales. Don’t know if it’s an actual policy but it’s what we’ve been told.

BS that you think that you are above having to use a sick day. Be like everyone else, come in and spread it or use PTO. Yes, the rules apply to you also!
