I like how Walt implemented RTO while he never returned to our headquarters (where our CEO should be located) and now after making all of us come back and be miserable he is now leaving. Typical boomer move

Walt lied and he knows it. He tried saying he never said full WFH was here to stay but he is recorded saying it. Good riddance.
Let's all bounce too.
"We are not looking to follow Amazon" when asked about RTO and 5 RTO - Walt to Rick in the townhall. Lets hope that sticks.
Walt said that we wanted to get better information about people coming into the office, and not coming into the office, so they could right-size and manage janitorial and security services. The clear implication was BAU.
Less than three weeks later he announced a months-long effort to produce the perfect RTO solution.
In other words, he knew at least five weeks prior that he was lying to us.
Of course, we all know that solution was so flawed they postponed RTO for another quarter and then had to make additional exceptions.
It is much more likely Walt meant we aren't going to be a successful market changing company.

Robot will be at headquarters. Congrats!
Boomer needs his glasses so he can read and take time to comprehend
He does go to the office but it’s his office in Richfield which is not where our headquarters are.
I thought boomers were old fashioned and liked going to the office. So calling him a boomer for not going in doesn’t seem right. Maybe just refrain from labeling the boomers as evil, it’s getting old.
Boomer here. I should feel insulted, but will let it slide.
Hypocrite gonna hypocrite.
Walt not going to the Richfield office tells me five day is coming. It would have looked worse.
