All the 2900 layoffs of this round are executed, can i assume that i got spared of this round or more to come

The layoffs are not over yet. Another unspecified number of employees will be let go before Thanksgiving, ironically as a ‘thanks’ for their service. The company’s leadership seems to be playing unfair games with their own staff.
Today was only day 1, not everyone has been let go yet.
The 3k is just a down-payment. There are real problems and this horrible leadership team only knows one thing...cut to greatness
Have you counted the total number of people notified? Where does it say all the layoffs are complete? Managers were given until Thursday to meet with their team members who will be impacted, so we still have a couple of days.

There are another 4,000 in March plus the additional 5,000 next October. The company needs to cut a total of 20,000 corporate employees over the next two years to compensate for the Aetna losses
