Michelle came into Maitland today and met with everyone for 45 minutes. The highlight was a well orchestrated “Start/Stop/Continue” . I think the elephant in the room was how many layoffs in November? AVP CL is a puppet. I wish people would just talk the truth.

He is a me me me manager and has never cared about anyone but himself and his own promotions. Doesn’t foster or develop. Wants to hire people that are carbon copies of himself. No diversity of thought. I have worked with him for over ten years you can have your opinion too but the numbers that disagree with you are much higher.
I’ve worked with him for over a decade. These comments are unwarranted and childish like most of the content on this site.
CL works at best 2 hours a day. Failed on the outside and then got promoted inside. Has not done anything impactful that I have seen in any role he has been in that I have seen. Star stop and continue. Groundhog Day. Rinse and Repeat. What’s working what’s not and what’s next. Blah blah blah.
CL is a pompous snake charmer. He has been smooching the right behinds for YEARS. Terrible leader!!!
