Next set of "layoffs" won't be layoffs but making things so uncomfortable people choose to leave...no bonus, RTO mandates, no promos, no backfills. And we won't even have to pay severance. Smart move actually. This is how we separate the weak from those of us who see the long term upside. Buckle up, only the strong survive!
