Just because you return BACK to the office, it wont absolutely keep you safe from any future WFR's. It will just mean you went back in AND they can still decide to let you go during the next round.

Dell will continue with whatever this is. Because there is no clear direction from the Executive branch, people will need to live with this day by day.
In August one of my hybrid teammates got cut and I'm remote and still here. It doesn't matter so just stay at home if you can. We are all circling the drain anyways since dell executives hate us and want us all miserable enough to quit and if we don't they will just lay us off again.
