I mean sales aren’t a union but they do bring in the revenue. What would happen if they all just said f it and walked out?

At this point, if something BIG was going to happen everyone would have to be in agreement (or at least a huge majority). Such as a strike, walk out, etc. Power is in numbers.
Would never happen.
