See link below for more detailed information but let us not forget that time when Phil Murphy announced BH becoming the new Fiserv Hub where 2,000 jobs would be added and $105,000,000 would be invested into improving the site. Turns out this wasn't supposed to be some BS campaign speech and there actually were some strings attached to the $109,229,575 tax credit award which included a Community Benefit Agreement. Where are the checks and balances and where is the accountability? Should the Tax Credit perhaps be revoked? Presumably tax payers would not be pleased to hear about the distain employees have for the company they are being forced to subsidize.
