There is a failure to spot potential and too much reliance on uni degrees where people ponced around for years before getting out in the real world and then expecting everything handed to them on a plate.

It's all about survival at Wilmslow, get rid of senior management in Wilmslow , all useless ,would save a raft of cash , especially for those that do not add value to business , it's the front line workers who deserve the credit .I could name the main culprits but I cut short there but they know who they are.

Yup the guys in Wilmslow don’t have a clue what’s going on at the moment it’s almost comical. Who knew puppets had egos

If you want a career move elsewhere , the brand and reputation counts for nothing working for Waters, just promoting bootlickers , take Waters Wilmslow for example

The example shown is just about equalizing gender diversity ,nothing to do with ability.you will never see a woman on the throne in waters.nepotism and favoritism towards employees who have no ba--s has created large numbers of disgruntled others

The positions in waters are just roles ie jobs not careers.a career is a pathway to a profession like doctor, judge even sports people.how could you call a factory manager for years a career.

It is so stupid to generate your own career path via a template. Managers and the whole org should help you to succeed and should plan for this. They are so proud when they mentioned this in the town hall-such cr-ppy thinking.
