Pure propaganda. Questions are essentially:

"We forced you to make goals during PADP. Did you make goals during PADP, yes or no?

This is pure confirmation bias. I can see the exec presentation "over 90 percent said they made goals that were aligned with company objectives"

Absolutely zero along the lines of did the PADP motivate you to improve performance? Was any aspect of the PADP unfair, biased or otherwise not aligned with our goal of rewarding based on merit? Does the PADP make you more or less confident in a career with xom? It is fair to relative rank different job assignments bc all assignments are valued equally, agree or disagree?

What a farce. Don't participate in hopes of providing any meaningful feedback.

Please don’t respond to the survey. If you haven’t been here long enough to realize not responding is the only way to protest their idiocy. They will spin all responses to fit their narrative. They have a harder time spinning the fact that no one completed their stupid survey.

Were you assessed?

No way to comment about the absurdity of forced ranking or the politics of placing HiPos at the top even if they have no clue about their current short term assignment.

Took it today. I love a survey for transparency that literally only allow for multiple choice predetermined answers and no free text where they’ll actually hear truth. The irony is palpable.

I was somewhat confused at reading that in the last survey we confirmed that the company was doing a great job providing valuable and transparent feedback. Must be code for gaslighting and backstabbing.
