Pure propaganda. Questions are essentially:
"We forced you to make goals during PADP. Did you make goals during PADP, yes or no?
This is pure confirmation bias. I can see the exec presentation "over 90 percent said they made goals that were aligned with company objectives"
Absolutely zero along the lines of did the PADP motivate you to improve performance? Was any aspect of the PADP unfair, biased or otherwise not aligned with our goal of rewarding based on merit? Does the PADP make you more or less confident in a career with xom? It is fair to relative rank different job assignments bc all assignments are valued equally, agree or disagree?
What a farce. Don't participate in hopes of providing any meaningful feedback.
