@1utx+1uMYg0nG So true customer sat. is in the toilet. These offshore people have no clue, they just bounce customers off from one team to another in hopes they can find someone to answer their questions.
It’s disgusting what they have done to this company. I am waiting for my turn (layoff) but would imagine if not by end of year it will be early next year.

They've been hinting for a long time now that US roles will become obsolete. They cut corners and hire offshore. They don't care if the products and service are bad. If you're still at this company, it's time to leave.
I was with the company 2 months shy of 15 years and I got laid off during the summer. This company has really gone down hill and it's going to keep getting worse.

I was let go and know of at least 20 others at Ghq. Im glad and will never look back. Worst leadership and managers of any company I’ve been at. They have no idea what they are doing and it’s only going to get worse. It can’t be saved.
This is the beginning of a big on going end of year tradition. Fire employees in October. Then fire more employees before Thanksgiving. Then fire more employees before Christmas.
There is a talent show coming up because we have nothing better to do. One should submit a talent video of how they stayed employed here for more than 1-5 years without getting laid off. Now that is talent
