Thread regarding Hy-Vee layoffs

End of fiscal year

Anyone know how we did as a company for 4th qtr. and fiscal year end of 2024? Did we make enough money to keep the Indy driver and the Chiefs employed?

I heard as a company Hy-Vee $9 million. I'm not saying some stores didn't make money, but as a whole company, they lost $9 million.

I heard from someone today that there forcing store managers to take a pay cut since corporate is eliminating their position so it sounds like current store managers will get demoted down to assistant manager of or possibly depending on if the dsd is running 1 store or not could become a store director. Sounds like corporate is trying everything to save money at this point.

You seem like a knowledgeable insider. Who are these world-class musicians? Do tell.

Correct, Hy-Vee is not sponsoring a car.
Just sponsoring 2 full races and 4 world class musicians for those races.

Sports marketing? Wouldn't it be nice if the best company to work for in America was as dedicated to its employees as it is to its sports marketing advenutres.

I don't think you know how sports marketing works.

I'm assuming the "cut labor hours and cut inventory dollars" will be coming within a week.
