This will be at least the fourth round of layoffs at CB since the 2017 Apollo LBO. By the third round, CB had already offshored the majority of their Chicago Support/Success and Atlanta IT/SiteTech groups out to Noida. Leslie Cope and Mike Suhajda are surviving, so CB's 15% might have come out of product & finance.
15% cut from both CB and Monster. More to come when they decide on the next layer after duplicate roles are identified.
Expect the remaining staff to be worked to the bone integrating systems and processes and transferring knowledge, only to have their role moved to India when they are no longer useful.
You were right, got the email this morning. Unsure of what how many were laid off and in what departments. It was inevitable with the merger.
