There was a g-n threat earlier this month. A disgruntled employee threatened to come to GHQ and shoot up employees.
For that week, there was increased police presence around the outside of the building. There was an APD unit INSIDE of our building standing at the front lobby.

This is true. I just got confirmation from some who know. It was a security person that worked in the building. Better be nice to them. :)

There's been a cop at the 8th Street entrance for months and access to 19 and 20 has been restricted for several years. You're not wrong, though, there was a threat -- and Wilkinson and co. are only in it for themselves.
