Correction; I re-read the materials. I'm getting the correct severance. All good. Good luck everyone.

@avg+1uLx9Tmc I thought there is a standard on severance? How come you only got half of it?

Confirmed. I was a Director in A&BC and received notification this morning. A P3 in our department was also let go. Disappointing. I knew the packages that were offered during Phoenix; I'm getting half the severance that was offered to Directors last year.

A&BC is an acronym for analytics and behavior change. Interesting (horrible) the layoffs impacted some of the best individuals to identify business opportunities for the company . CVS is trying to slash its way to growth. That approach never works without a vision and the courage to deliver what the customer needs and wants. KL is clueless.

I think most within A&BC are done. Was notified of someone who got laid off and that, that was it for our team.

I received notification from HR this morning about my layoff. When I emailed my Director, she acted surprised and claimed she had no idea why I was chosen. I believe she wasn’t being truthful. She was a liar.

so they notified everyone in A&BC? Or they already decided who will be laid off?
