What are the rest of you anticipating? I speculate us being given the option of an unreasonable RTO date or a small separation check (2 months tops). I’m sure there’s some type of legal jump rope they will have to do since a lot were hired as remote.

Not trying to bring you down, as I am in the same boat…but I don’t think there will be anything significant severance. They’ve been buried by severance the last couple years. Thats what they’re trying to avoid.
ISR Hired as remote here, with no office in my state. Expecting we will be asked to move to the closest office for the start of the next FY in early Feb. I won’t be going! Hope they don’t sc--w us on severance.
If you can, seek legal advice.
Have a meeting with manager tomorrow.
I work Hybrid but 5 days will be out of scope for me due to family commitments.
Expecting an unrealistic timeline to make it work then a possible PIP followed by a call with HR.
Have always been a loyal and hardworking employee but if I get an offer im happy to go.The culture has changed over the last 18 months and feels like a constant uphill battle with no end in sight.
