Changes at the Borger Refinery

Management has made some changes to personnel responsibilities that seem to me to be taking care of certain employees by creating jobs out of thin air for them.
It has nothing to do with talent or ability it’s all who you know.
That is unless pulling a deep vacuum is considered a talent.

The same methodology does apply across the entire company including the highest ranks. That's part of the reason morale is so low, and the company isn't performing as well financially as it could be.
