I agree the job market has been rough.
I seriously doubt more than 1% of people will resign. Even if is 10%< probably Amazon is looking for an attrition and that will help them

this company peaked already. now it reports to its shareholders which means keeping margins flat...aka, charge people more and routine layoffs. once shareholders become the boss, the culture will be a sh*thole

This is actually a good opportunity for a data point that captures the amount of attrition above regular attrition rate after a year due to RTO. Right now it's just a bunch of meaningless surveys and if I were Jassy I wouldn't be intimidated until actual data shows RTO mandate effect.

So the cities give a tax break to Amazon for a recession. I see.

Don't let the door hit you in the rear on your way out. I am sure that Amazon wants some of you gone.

73% of these people are ALL talk. When 5 day RTO starts they will all su-k it up and return to office as told.

Unemployment is going to be going up to the roof if recession hits. At the moment, anyone in technology field is having a tough time finding a job.
