I know multiple ppl that been laid off who were on medical leave! Don’t kid yourself they won’t bat eye no one is safe!

@bip+1uLYHw3c typically the legal process is 30 days to accept or reject a severance offer, to shouldn't be signing anything more than the acknowledgment that you were informed of your position elimination / reason for layoff

There won’t be much that can be done if they lay you off and give you a severance. I think they make you sign stuff on the spot
