Who is getting VRPs? Haven't seen or heard anything about it.
There are more than enough legitimate complaints regarding Altice senior management without needing to state silly stuff like this. The company saves on fixed labor costs of salaries and benefits when people take VRPs; they wouldn’t be offering them otherwise. Still far cheaper to pay out the VRPs and hire a few back when needed or farm it out to contractors. I have not heard of a single a person who took a VRP and regretted it.
What departments specifically ?
A company drowning in debt and still paying people to not work here. Then realizing , “Oh we are behind on everything and not meeting our deadlines…we need more people!” Only to hire people with little to no experience. These people eat up with a stupid I never knew existed. I know a handful of people who are still being paid from the last VRP!
