The lack of communication is making it so very hard to concentrate. The leadership has handled employees here so badly. IT CAN NOT BE BUISNESS AS USUAL. We need more communication and direction.

It is sad the way posters put their fellow employees down here. Why don’t you just mind your owned business and stay in your own lane. You really should not clump a whole group together and say they ALL are lazy or don’t do their jobs well. The ones that are not pulling their weight are in the minority. Most employees here at 2U really do care and work hard to service the students well. I do care, l do want 2U to succeed, I do work diligently and I am an exec a/c.

Some of the hardest working employees we have are the exec a/cs. They have lasted the test of time.
A lot of people on this site from 2U need to grow up! Privileged spoiled brats.You don’t know how very lucky you are to have been able to work here and get the pay that you gt for the work. Go somewhere else and you will be in for a big awakening! So tired of all the complaining. Leave already.

Let's hope they get rid of the overhyped and overpaid Executive Admissions Counselors and any Admissions Managers who really do nothing here. Also get rid of all Directors in Admissions or Students arenas. I wish they sell 2U to Elon, because he is from SA and can make this a better company without debt and nonsense alphabet departments. Hire people to do work and nothing more. No one cares about your pro nouns and your agenda and your 1st world problems! By Felicia!
