Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Be a litigation opportunist

Be on the lookout for any and all opportunities to sue Truist. Lot of good employment litigation attorneys in Atlanta, Charlotte. If you belong to a protected class (race, s-x, disability status, s-xual orientation), capitalize on opportunities to sue this sleazy bank!

what about them sending out the names, home addresses, and severance pay amounts of those laid off in January? you were only supposed to get your information, but my email contained around 30 people will all of the above information. that seems shady to me...

Abby with the bad grades, last time I checked the company is controlled and dominated by white men and women at all levels. Numbers dont lie. Go to work and start counting. So called DEI hires work five times as hard and perform 10x better for less pay, cut the cr-p and stop blaming DEI. DEI is a "purposeful" distraction. Parade around the figurehead minority as if they represent leadership.

Is the culture hostile to protected classes? And is this more prevalent in Atlanta vs Charlotte? Have you seen/heard anything?
