I know 10/1 was “the day”, but it feels like a lot of teams were notified one way or the other today. Any insights?

- 874% yesterday, 37.912% ,today, 39.648% tomorrow and 3.566% on Thursday.
Monday of last year's layoff was probably 30-40%. Tuesday was 50% and the other 10-20% on Wednesday and Thursday (probably due to capacity)
I heard some teams are told they are affected, but no details yet.
