Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

RTO - f-em. Don’t go in

Why let them bully you around. If you all don’t go in what are they going to do? Mass fire you all? Put you all on a mass pip? F* JWC, BS and MD. When Monday rolls around don’t go in. All of you in sales. Call their bluff.

They can’t fire all of you. F* em. They’re terrible terrible leaders. If they knew how to run a business you can run it from anywhere. They’re also cheap b@starts too who won’t even let you have a cube. They don’t even have coffee that’s free.

Respect is a two way street.

Ive been going back in 3 days a week and honestly it gets to be the norm it was before covid - granted I live within 30 mins of work.

I have a new dell AI computer that's supposed to do all of my work for me. I'm going to buy 2 extra. When management sees I have triple productivity they will have no choice but to promote me. Officially immune from layoff. Those who resist AI will be laid off. Don't be a victim. Innovate like me.

Our manager has told us not to come in, she doesn’t want to RTO either! I’m remote and was hired remote (as with half of our team) and the closest office is a short flight or 2 day drive away. Not sure what is coming but I’ll be making them force me out no matter what. Even willing to mark myself as RTO in the system, but I just won’t turn up.
