It’s not even funny that Boeing leadership thought they could get away with popular corporate business practices like outsourcing and reaping the fruits of deregulation, typical for industries who sell fog that don’t potentially ki-l people. This just says all you need to know about them - they literally had no clue what designing and building planes is about. Sounds ridiculously obvious what I’m saying, but apparently wasn’t so for those involved in decision-making.
