When a people manager is crying you know its bad

one of the hardest workers on our squad lost it crying because they are so overworked they cant breathe. The manager also was crying they cant cope no staff left to cover and 3 on stress leave. we are losing server business no time to work with customers. That will get worse with even less time to work.

no point doing training and events if when it comes to the final lap we cant quote or win and we walk away from business.

Just read the whole "don't be a victim bit" by the billionaire. Apparently If you don't force your kids into a daycare 16 hours a day you are a "victim" and need to su-k it up.

I had a boss tell me once that I don't need help unless I am working overtime to keep up with the work. I decided right there and then that if it takes more than 40 hours a week to do my work then the work isn't getting done, I'm not working overtime on salary. Once I realized that I could set boundaries then the stress dropped dramatically.

The only way iI can do this much work is with extra hours and focus I have NOT being in the office commuting and wasting time and being pulled in ten directions for noise. They are forcing me to fail.

Look at my logs and emails. I dont stop all day you are and you are breaking what wasnt broken.

You want to take share? LET ME DO MY WORK
You want to win customers? LET ME DO MY WORK
You want to meet KPI's? LET ME DO MY WORK

How do we increase sales?Lets punish staff even further and make them even more unhappy.
