If you had half a brain, you would have found another career and company long before now. Boeing is most certainly headed to bankruptcy and breakup and pensions will become worthless.
Looks like you're in for a Rip Van Winkle sleep duration. The company will not be agreeing to any type of pension again. That's a moot point for all corporations today.
