Last month the global mantra was about reducing internal meetings and now it is about being in one large week long internal meeting and watching over your shoulder.
Leadership know this, they know how hard we work, they know this will ki-l productivity and customer coverage but they are doing it anyway.
This can only be to reduce staff. No one would do this knowingly for any other reason.
