It’s likely that he wants to “Expand” the number of Loves truck stop glory hole networks in our operating region if you want to know the truth. This dude is a shadow of his peers, who have actually grown the value of their organizations, not stood there bent over the barrel and just take it up the ar-e quarter after quarter. This guy Way always was a loser and always will be. Hope he’s gone after this ordeal, and just becomes a WalMart greeter fa-t sniffer, much like his direct reports. Good day.

He will be gone. He will get his golden parachute and walk away the biggest winner in this deal over all the shareholders. About $33 million. I’d sell the company cheap and convince the board to go along with my half-brained deal to get my golden parachute too.
