I think Governments need to step in on these big firms and clamp down on how much power they have. It is the only way to stop it. 9 out of 10 employees are upset by the news. The 1 that is not is that asss li---r character that wants to spend their life commuting and hanging around a coffee machine area. Dell is a dictatorship and they only people enjoying it are the dictators and asss lickers who have no life outside of the work premises. My personal opinion

Why not? With uneven power dynamics abuse and the absence of unions, some rational bargaining is obviously required before more Kirk Lawrence tragedies occurs. Don't you agree?
Spoken like a true Liberal…. Government is always the answer
I doubt so as there are different levels of govt. If I am wrong, at least you can also call them out if they are proven to be in cahoots.
The government is in cahoots with big business and big tech.
believe it or not, there are plenty of non managers that would rather be in the office and would like their colleagues to be in the office also. Some of the senior developers are tired of having to jump on teams call with junior developers to work through an issue when the junior developer refuses to come in. It ki-ls collaboration and in fact, reduces productivity. Then you have the ones that badge in for a few hours and are gone by 11 am.
Tell Dell is a total waste of time and they don’t listen or care about the feedback of the employees. It’s all a tick in the box exercise so they can get the kudos of been considered one of the top worlds employers because they sent a survey out. This is just another ploy to ensure staff quit so they don’t have to pay severance.
When you feel sick, go into the office and spread whatever you have. It was fine to work from home during the pandemic! ELT - make sure you accommodate everyone in the office for when the next variant hits, looking forward to shaking your hand in the office. 🤡
Don't you get it? The same cabal that runs Dell and every other major corporations also runs the gov't?
Keep the Govt out of business

All of Dell agrees with you according to Tell Dell. So they ignored that part and doubled down on RTO. At this point we can all just blame each other for not quitting so the management will stop abusing the rest of us.
