Re-leveling of roles forcing impacted individuals to apply for low roles with lower pay or leave. The current leadership team is he-l-bent on a reduction in staff to reduce $$. Yet, they sponsored Olympics and are redecorating a new building that is two years old. It's not the same company as it was two years ago
