Just an FYI... this does not mean that a strike will happen, just that a strike is now officially on the table, if CVS continues to negotiate unfairly. This levels the playing field as it will force CVS' hand to play more fairly or else. Knowing corporate, CVS will probably dig their heels in. I hope the union means business.
