For anyone looking into open roles on Effectv Product Management. Be aware that the company is good, lots of places to bring value because of their inability to deliver. However the management is really bad. They will micromanage you even at Sr. Manager+ levels. You will experience every managerial red flag in the book. I am not posting this to bi--h. My intent is to share the insight I was looking for before getting into the company. Good luck.
