The big thing that went wrong is BT. Nothing was “transformed”. This was a savings project.
At least the ELT is changing as it should have. Believe in the future.
Just a few months into BT it was apparent to anyone looking that BT was a massive flop. That view point has only been reinforced as the years have passed.
The Board of Directors, GoGo and the entire ELT are all complicit in this disaster.
They should all be ashamed of themselves. They say people are their most important asset... REALLY? Why do you treat your people like sh!t?
