Some of the crews are literally veterans. I understand that the intention is not to lay them off, but for them to bid for a workplace in other cities. Relo can be a bummer. I also don’t know if this is just a company covering for its decision without the real intention to provide options. I worked with some of the people that are affected, and I hope they all get to keep their jobs in a way that’s most convenient for them.
