Will there be a 1:1 scheduled? If yes with who? Or a 2:1 with HR and manager? Or just casually informed by manager? Or badge access blocked at security? Or escorted to makeshift cubicle in cafeteria?

Typically, managers go through termination training the week before to learn all the canned HR responses and do their dirty work. It will most likely be a 1x1 with management. HR is usually only present for sticky sutuations.
Amazing how no one on here actually answers legit questions. If you want to vent, go talk to your therapist.
To the OP, likely it will be a 1:1 call with your direct manager. I’ve had to lay off a few folks over the last year and that’s how it was done. If you can swing it, take any 1:1s with your manager remotely for the next few weeks.
They will call your name, grab you by your privates and drag you out.
A lot of you got hired to fill quotas and were massively over compensated for it. Time to leave the gravy train behind. Have fun having to do a real job, learn to drill for oil.
A company is not your friend or family. Only fools believe they are. The company owed you nothing as you owe them nothing if you find another job. But continue to pout like a child
Honestly, who cares what the process is. You will be told you no longer have a job by someone and provided steps to follow to exit the company. That’s it and nothing more to it. It will not be disrespectful but you will likely feel bad. Then move on with your life because it is just a job.
Yes get ready to feel disrespected. You may have been ultra loyal to Intel but they are about to treat many of you like disposable trash. There’s no family here and shame on you for being so loyal. Some of you will feel very foolish for being so loyal a week or so after the fact. But lesson learned don’t do that again. And those that survive and are loyal take it to heart they don’t truly give a sh-t about you even though they pretend and act like they do
…or an corporate email from a faceless account informing you have to return your badge and any company property. Don’t forget all the remote/hybrid workers.
