SRS leadership is a joke, too. Constantly patting themselves on the back while underinvesting in resources needed to actually run the business.
Funny, there always seems to be enough money for them to jet set around the world….
What is SRS?
Totally agree. They play zero role in org strategy, effectively enabling a client/patron old boy system that is driven by hiring manager toadying. Hiring managers try to calculate what will curry favor with their boss's boss to position them for their own next move. Managers move on so quickly their is no accountability. It is a broken system.
