Is the new RTO policy for sales only? What about all the other orgs, do we continue to work from home or hybrid ?

People seem to think that Ireland staff are protected from this but they aren't , the law states it can be terminated any time
"Employers may terminate an approved remote/flexible working arrangement with four weeks’ notice."
Does Sales include the "field" folks in Services as well?

Only a matter of time before it’s rolled out to everyone. Your only hope is the employment law in your country if you are outside the US, it may have some legislation about how you can be treated.

The email is definitely only sales, I saw the email and it clearly mentions sales staff
I'm not sales and our team got the email.
The rest of the company won't be affected, it's only sales
