How did they get this job? I recently did a mortgage with this place and would never do it again or recommend this place to anyone.. I am a realtor and done thousands of transactions.I was told I had to remove personal property from my purchase contract even though my contract signed by with parties said no value. I was shocked and questioned it and was told that the direction they were given was everything has value. I deal with other lenders and now I know why Truist is not a contender. I will never do business or recommend this company to any of my clients.

This is ANOTHER bogus post
Not sure which one I dislike most, realtors or attorneys.
It's a tie, both are completely useless rip offs.
Get right…it’s “I have done many transactions with this bank” and “it is a disgrace how terrible this person is”
Go all in on clown mode.
I actually agree with her the conditions are way out of line with investor guidelines. Audits have taken common sense out of underwriting
Thousands of transactions no idea how the process works go make a TikTok putz
Unless you are a doctor or a Wealth client, your loan is being sold on the secondary market. Investor UW requirements apply, usually FNMA at Truist, but not always. Their requirements change constantly, almost every week. What you’re describing is a red flag to any decent UW, because they immediately wondered what you were up to. If you’re giving away something for free, you didn’t need to put in the contract and that’s the point.
Thousand of transactions? You’re such a player you have to come to a layoff board to get some traction no one will listen to your complaints
Realtor,
Really? No one cares. You guys have been ripping off people for decades. Get over it.
She is a clown. She is only good for her quotes at the beginning of her calls. She never responds to emails that are important to clients and teammates
