That’s pretty much clear. Companies in general don’t care as much about end result, productivity, retention of employees, long-term prospects, and clients. All they care about is to be capable of throwing workers in and out and around on a whim, so come dividends and bonuses and parachutes they can play with numbers and push the stock up. We are the easiest targets. RTO is only for us to be gone for free.
