The two presidents make big money ..find ways to cut money for sales people. Make their life miserable and they will quit. It's not a company that cares about it's employees. It's a sweat shop. A technology company that doesn't even implement its own technology to make things easier. Hire fresh grads with low pay is the way to go. The. They expect everyone else to have a high morale.

Probably way too many VPs and Directors with so too little team innovation to show for as well for a tech company.
