Does anyone have any intel on what will be in the next announcement? Will it be a RTO or be made redundant?

i know probably there isnt any answer for this at the moment, but does someone know what will happen to the phase 2 countries? we did not even have the optin yet (which should be basically to decide between remote and hybrid), most of the contracts are still fully remote.
Of course they aren't gone. After the Oct 21 layoffs remotes will be told to come to office 5 days a week immediately if under 50 miles. If over 50 miles then have until end of January to relocate or get fired
What about remotes who are close to an office and don't have to relocate. Will they just be told to come in 5 days a week immediately?
They are going to tell you that you have to relocate to come in 5 days a week or find a new job. Don’t move for this sh-t company. They absolutely will not provide any kind of relocation assistance. I truly wish nothing but the worst for Dell moving forward
