Curious to know, what are the requirements for conducting interviews.
Do all rounds need to have a panel of more than one interviewer? Can one interviewer only be present at first round stage or does Citi require more than one person on the panel?

If you search Interview Guidelines on the intranet you will find the expectations for best practice for each level.

Had several interviews with Citi. Some were one on ones and some were a panel. I guess it depends on the department.
No, at least one round should have a panel, not all round
Sharing my experience in 2022 for an AVP role - I had the first interview with 3 VPs on the team, then 2nd interview with the SVP (Direct Mgr), and then within the hour, a verbal offer was made, I was shook!
