Paccar offers Pensions. They build Kenworth, Peterbilt and Daf trucks among many other things. I believe Honeywell stopped offering pension to newhires.

There is not other company that’s does pensions maybe Honeywell and I bet they will cancel it soon, you want a pension go to the gov side

Just because you're in a machinist union it doesn't make you a machinist. Assemble something right and earn a raise. Stop begging. You're nothing more than a glorified Walmart assembly tech. A nice fanuc robot will take your job and actually do great at it.
