If you think the company’s biggest problem this year is Change Health, you better prepare yourself. This leadership is burning the org into the ground. The org will be feeling the impact of lost revenue from coding and stars. The industry is doing an overhaul and it’s not in favor of big greedy corporations that cut corners and run shady business. And if you’re in Optum, you know exactly what I mean.

while true, this feels more like a social media post than information that's actually valuable. I know it's a scary time. I was laid off and today is my last day. but please, let's limit the fear mongering and focus on how we can improve the lives of everyone on this board.
