Dell just flat out su-ks. They don’t care about their employees. JB and BS make poor decisions. They rushed the DSA adoption , it was a nightmare. Now they will most likely eliminate remote workers (even though according to the website Dell is hiring remote) what a shame. I was super excited to be here until they told me I cannot be promoted because they hired me out of state. (No office or field office in my state)

If you were forced remote you just have to submit an HR request to go hybrid or full time. They will change you in the system but you’ll be red for all the previous quarters.
Well some of us for forced by manager to choose remote so later they can use it against us and kick us out . You can’t trust anyone. Everyone is playing their game
Hybrid, well I guess not hybrid anymore, isn't safe either. New hires keep coming in as well as continuing to interview people, this whole year has felt like a giant middle finger. Lost all faith in leadership as they continue to sc--w us for their failures of realizing the real issues Dell is losing market share.
I am shocked. Dell has job postings for remote yet. Roll out. Everyone has to be in the office. That pretty much sums up how bad Dell has been over the past few years. Bunch of mo--ns, making decisions with no understanding of the implications
