I’m hPXD and wondering why most XOM employees look unhealthy and miserable. Is it the stress of trying to schedule as many worthless meetings as you possibly can? I can see how that would cut into exercise time, but at least go outside and get some sun.

Oh the brain cells wasted on this mo--nic post 🥴🤡
"It's the seed oils. That's why they look pasty. Consuming seed oils can degrade skin health and increase sun sensitivity, making them prone to sunburns. As a result, they avoid the sun, opting for indoor gyms instead. They might hit the elliptical or lift weights, or eat a salad from chick filet, but despite all that, their quality of life seems pretty compromised. Actually, I feel sorry for these folks.
The gym in Wellness is great. It is not free, but still only 35 ish per month. Plenty of middle aged dudes trying their best in there.
XOM s-cks big time
To all you hPXD, let's see how you look in a few more months. This company will su-k all the blood off of you.
I have pxd bod from the free lunches
“Exxon bod”
I take your point OP, but can you name any company in greater Houston that has in-shape office workers? It’s not exactly America’s fittest or healthiest city.
I bring my yoga pad to every meeting.
Occasionally my grunts get a look from the presenter, but I'm in top shape. Myself.
